摘要
目的:探讨烧伤瘢痕癌的临床表现、诊断、病理类型、治疗及预后。方法:对所收治的29例病例作回顾性分析,以探讨烧伤瘢痕癌的临床表现、诊断、病理类型、治疗及预后。结果:烧伤瘢痕癌以溃疡表现为主,以鳞状细胞癌及基底细胞癌多见,早期发现、早期手术治疗预后较好。
Objective： To investigate the clinical manifestation, diagnosis, pathology, treatment and prognosis of burn scar cancer. Method ： 29 cases of this disease were treated in our hospital and the data were analyzed. Result： The most important clinical manifestation of bum scar cancers is ulceration. Squamous cell carcinoma and basal cell carcinoma are commonly seen. Conclusion ： Early diagnosis and timely surgical treatment are important.
