摘要
目的:观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)对面部广泛擦挫伤合并异物嵌顿病人的治疗效果。方法:面部广泛擦挫伤并异物嵌顿的38例病例全程采用MEBO治疗。结果:随访6个月～12个月,38例面部擦挫伤全部愈合,其中32例面部未遗留瘢痕,9例有点状色素沉着。结论:MEBO湿润暴露疗法具有痛苦小,损伤轻微,缩短病程,减轻容貌毁损的优点。对面部广泛擦挫伤合并异物嵌顿的病人,最为适用。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating extensive abrasion and contusion in face complicated by foreign body incarceration. Method： 38 cases of this disease were treated with MEBO in the whole treating course. Rusult： After followed up for 6 to 12 months, all the wounds healed. 32 cases healed without scar formation. 9 cases had slight pigmentation. Conclusion： MEBO has the advantages of causing less pain and less damage. The course of the disease was shortened. After wound healing, the appearance was good. MEBO is suitable for treating extensive abrasion and contusion in face complicated by foreign body incarceration.
