摘要
目的:探讨湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)在深Ⅱ度手烧伤的治疗方法。方法:于深度手烧伤创面外涂MEBO,4～6小时换药一次,并行耕耘治疗,早期行功能锻炼,创面愈合后行防瘢痕治疗。结果:深Ⅱ度手烧伤创面无明显瘢痕生长,手功能恢复正常。结论:MEBO治疗深Ⅱ度手烧伤效果明显,是一种较理想的创面外用药。
Objective： To investigate the method for the application of MEBO in treating deep 2^nd degree hand burn. Method： MEBO was applied locally to deep 2^nd degree band burn wounds. The drug was renewed every 4 to 6 hours. Ploughing therapy was applied. Dirigation started at the early stage. After wound healing, the application of MEBO was continued for 2 weeks to prevent scar formation. Result： Deep 2^nd degree burn wounds in hands after MEBO treatment healed without marked scar formation. The function of the hands recovered very well. Conclusion： MEBO is very efficacious in treating deep 2^nd degree burn wounds in hands. It is an ideal drug for local application.
