摘要
目的探讨提高严重创伤患儿综合救治水平的方法。方法回顾性总结分析17例严重创伤患儿在ICU综合治疗的临床资料及诊治经验。结果17例患儿全部于撤离呼吸机、休克纠正、循环稳定、凝血功能恢复正常、内环境稳定、病情平稳、无明显其它并发症后转回原科室。结论严重创伤患儿经外科处理后应转至ICU综合治疗,在整个抢救过程中,应严密监护,紧急处理休克、创伤、呼吸衰竭等主要问题,同时尽量兼顾全身情况,促进患儿康复。
Objective To research and improve the treatment of severe injury in children. Methods The clinical data and treatment of 17 cases was reviewed. Results After the ICU treatment, the respirators were withdrawed,the shock and blood coagulation were correted, and no complication was found. Conclusion The cases should be treated in ICU after the neccessary surgery treatment to improve the level of the resuscitation.
