摘要
为了节约合金元素钼,选择1.5%~3.0%Mn的5种Cr15MnV合金研究锰对高铬铸铁组织和性能的影响。结果表明:随着含锰量的增加,高铬铸铁组织中的共晶碳化物粗化,网状特征更加明显,硬度、冲击韧度、耐磨性呈下降趋势;含2.0%和2.4%Mn的Cr15MnV合金具有较高的力学性能。
To economize molybdenum, five kinds of Cr15MnV alloys with 1.5%-3.0%Mn were selected and their microstructure and properties were studied. The results show that with the increase of manganese content, eutectic carbide in microstructure becomes coarse and reticular, the hardness, toughness and wear-resisting property of high chrome cast iron decrease.The Cr15MnV alloys with 2.0% and 2.4%Mn possess better mechanical property.
