脑室-腹腔分流管胸腔移位致朐水、肺部感染一例

摘要
患儿，男性，5岁，1年前因脑积水在本院行脑室-腹腔分流术（凤凰中压分流管），术后恢复顺利，出院后定期随访，1个月前，患儿出现发热，气急，咳嗽，有间歇性加剧，外院摄胸片显示胸腔积液，以肺炎，胸腔积液收入院治疗，20d后病情稍好转出院。
