摘要
目的:探讨p53与Ki67在胃癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学Envision二步法检测25例胃癌组织中p53与Ki67的表达水平。结果:25例胃癌中乳头状腺癌-管状腺癌(分化较好)14例,低分化腺癌-印戒细胞癌(分化较差)11例。p53与Ki67随胃癌的分化程度降低和分期的增加,阳性表达率递增(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌组织中p53高表达与胃癌组织细胞增殖密切相关,且p53与Ki67在胃癌中存在相关差异,通过检测p53与Ki67的表达,有助于胃癌预后的评估。
Objective： To investigate the expression of p53 and ki67 in gastric carcinom and its significance. Methods： The Envision immunohistochemical method was applied to check the expression of p53 and ki67 in 25 case of gastric carcinoma （ 14 cases highly differentiated, 11 cases poorly differentiated）. Results： The positive expression rates of p53 and ki67 were both much higher in poorly differentiated cases than in highly differentiated cases. The lower the differential degree and the higher the stage, the higher the positive expression rate （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusions： High expression of p53 might have some relationship to proliferative activity of gastric carcinoma. The results suggest that immunological labeling of p53 and ki67 might be useful for prognosis determination of gastric carcinoma.
