摘要
在调查山东省烟台市农村劳动力的基础上,总结出烟台市农村劳动力转移的特征及制约农村劳动力转移的因素,最后提出了促进农村劳动力转移的具体措施。
Based on the overall survey of the rural labor force in Yantai city, the characteristics of the shift of rural labor force and the restricting factors were summarized. Finally the concrete countermeasures of promoting the shift of rural labor force in Yantai city were put forward.
