摘要
目前我国农村居民点用地浪费现象较为严重,土地集约利用程度有待提高。在调查了解重庆市忠县农村居民点用地现状及存在问题的基础上,对忠县农村居民点集约用地的潜力进行了预测,指出通过土地整理可实现农村居民点土地的集约利用。
At present the residential land utilization of most countryside was rather wasteful. The intensive degree of land utilization called for an enhancement. On the basis of investigation of the countryside residential land in Zhong County, the present situation was analyzed. And the potential of the intensive utilization was predicted. Finally, some countermeasures of land arrangement were put forward in order to realize intensive utilization.
