摘要
采用塑料袋扦插的方法,对沈阳地区现行的铁耙、育8号和菠萝3个桑树品种的扦插成活率及生根剂对其扦插的影响进行了研究。结果表明:桑树不同品种的扦插发芽、生根情况不同,同时扦插成活率也存在一定差异,以菠萝桑扦插效果最好;同一桑树品种,枝条不同部位,扦插效果也不同,以基段扦插效果较好;生根剂处理,可明显提高扦插成活率。
Cuttage was an effective way to propagate mulberry quickly. The mulberry cuttage of Tieba, Boluo and Yuba in Shenyang area and their effects of rootage agent on mulberry cuttage were studied. The results showed that germination and rootage of different mulberry cuhivars were different, as well as survival rate of different mulberry cuhivars. Among them, the germination, rootage and survival rate of Boluo were the best. As to the same mulberry cuhivar, cottage effect of different tress sections was different. Cuttage effect of radicale section was better. Rootage rate of mulberry improved after rootage agent treatment.
