摘要
将1年生的四翅滨藜幼苗栽于不同盐浓度的土壤中,待其恢复正常生长后,测定丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活力,游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖等生理生化指标,并对比各指标在盐渗透胁迫下的生理变化。SOD活性呈先增大后减小;CAT与POD均呈增大趋势;脯氨酸、可溶性糖与可溶性蛋白的含量也随着盐胁迫的加剧而增加。经统计分析表明:不同的处理间其各指标的差异均不显著。
Annual Atriplex canescens seedlings were planted in different soil salinities. After recovering to the normal growth, a number of physiological indexes were detected including the activity of MDA, SOD, POD and CAT, physiological indexes of free proline and soluble sugar. Indexes under salt press were compared with those in normal environment. SOD activity first increased and then decreased. CAT and POD both had a tendency of increase. The content of free proline, soluble sugar and soluble protein aggravated salt press.. After statistic analysis, it was concluded that the differences of these physiological indexes in different treatment were not significant.
