摘要
首先简要介绍了RFID的工作原理与技术特点,然后从食品供应链上的生产、加工、运输、销售等环节入手,阐述了RFID技术在食品安全追溯中的应用和管理。最后讨论了RFID技术应用中存在的一些不足之处。
This paper is for the elaborate implementation of RFID in farm product traceability,we first introduce the practical theories of RFID,Then we discuss the application and management of RFID in production,process, transformation,sales,etc. At last we analyze some shortcomings of RFID application.
