摘要
目前,我国低水平陷阱问题的存在是一个普遍的现象,针对其中的一个领域--技术发展的低水平陷阱问题进行了分析研究,指出了导致低水平技术发展的原因有劳动力的因素、教育的制约、缺乏自主知识产权的核心技术等五个方面。在剖析这个现象形成的原因的同时,还阐明了其产生的危害,并提出了走出技术发展的低水平陷阱的解决方案。
Nowadays,low-level trap is a prevalent phenominon in our country. The thesis analyses one domain of itlow-level trap of technical development. There are many factors causing the low-level trap, such as labor, education, lack of core techniques of independent knowledge property right. The thesis explains the causes of low-level trap and at the same time,it clarifies its harms and provides schemes of breaking away from low level trap.
