摘要
目的:为了探求一种分析方法,实现对水中硝基苯的快速定性分析。方法:利用硝基苯的结构特征,选用了6种不同的化学方法进行显色,从而确定出适合快速定性分析的方法。结果:定性分析中,除重铬酸钾显色法所得结果不十分理想外,其他各定性实验均令人满意。结论:经过对比分析,确定α-萘酚试剂显色法比较适合于快速定性分析。
Ohjective,To seek an analytical method for the rapid qualitative analysis of nitrobenzene in water. Methods: Based on the structural feature of nitrobenzene, we chose six chemical methods for coloration to determine the suitable qualitative analysis, and chromatography was used for quantitative determination. Results. In the qualitative analysis, all qualitative methods but potassium bichromate method were satisfactory. Conclusion: α- naphthol reagent coloration is the most suitable for quick qualitative analysis.
