乙烯生产过程中冷负荷计算方法的分析研究

摘要 本文介绍了轻柴油裂解获得乙烯的生产过程所需冷负荷的两种计算方法,即焓差法和等压比热容法,并对其计算结果进行了分析和比较。计算结果表明:采用原始的焓差法计算结果比目前常用的等压比热容法更为精确,因此任何简化公式的选用都应慎重。 Two methods to compute required cooling load of ethylene producing process which gets ethylene from the pyrolysis of light diesel oil are introduced: isobaric heat capability method and enthalpy method. According to the rttnning parameters of existing production process, cooling load is calculated by the two methods respectively. The result shows that precision of the enthalpy method is higher than isobaric heat capability method. Therefore, the enthalpy method will be helpful to instruct the refrigeration system's design and the technology reform of ethylene production device, in addition, we should be cautious about choosing the reduced equation no matter what kind of calculation we were doing.
