摘要
空调系统可以看作是一阶惯性加延迟的对象,针对空调控制系统中目前没有合适的PI整定规则,PI控制器的参数大多通过工程经验或者传统的PI参数整定方法获得,但通常无法获得良好的控制性能。本文根据空调对象模型及一种鲁棒性能指标,设计了一种具有鲁棒性能的PI控制器,该算法较好地弥补传统的PI工程整定方法在空调控制系统应用的局限性。本文以空气焓差法试验台测试室的温度控制系统作为仿真对象对该算法进行了试验,仿真结果表明该PI控制器具有优异的控制性能。
An air-conditioning system can be described as a first-order-plus-dead-time model. At present there have been no good-fit PI tuning formulas in air-conditioning control systems, the parameters in PI controllers are mostly caught by actual experiences or traditional PI tuning formulas, but they always can't get good control performance. A tuning formula for PI controllers with robustness based on the air-conditioning model was put forward in the paper. The tuning formula covers the shortage of current PI engineering tuning formulas in air-conditioning systems. To evaluate the effectiveness of the PI controller, the controller was tested in the temperature control system of the testing-room of air enthalpy-difference. Simulation results show that the PI controller with robustness has excellent control performance.
