摘要
从能源部门收取“能源费”得到启发,提出运用收取“交通拥挤费”的方法解决交通拥挤问题。运用经济学原理分析“交通拥挤费”的理论依据,并列举了国内外的研究和实践,提出实施拥挤收费政策的相关建议。
Drawing enlightenment from“energy fee”imposed by the Energy Ministry,the paper indicates that traffic jam solution can be realized through levy of traffic congestion fee.Analyzing the“levy of traffic congestion fee”theory with economy principle and taking domestic and foreign study and practice as examples,the paper raises related suggestions on the execution of traffic congestion fee levy.
