摘要
站在世界的视角上,从中国出发来思考世界,由和谐中国、和谐亚洲到和谐世界,中国构建和谐社会给世界以“世界启示”;当今世界的和平和发展的时代主题以及国际关系的状况给了中国构建和谐社会的外部条件和“时代机遇”。站在历史的视角上,和谐应该是现代化的时代特征,同时,和谐文明也是文明发展到今天的时代形式。
Standing on the worldwide viewpoint to consider the China, from harmonious China, harmonious Asia to the harmonious world, the harmonious society constructed by China will give ＂ the worldwide enlightenment＂ to the world. The subject of peace and development as well as present international relation give China the external condition and ＂ the time opportunity＂ for constructing harmonious society. From historical view, harmony should be the time characteristic of modernization. Simultaneously, the harmonious civilization also is the modern form of the civilization.
