摘要
从软件工程的角度看,软件开发与生产的最终目的是提高软件的生产率和软件质量,以较低的成本满足用户需求.CMM/CMMI为软件企业规范化、成熟化并达到其企业最终目的创造了一个契机,而TSP是CMM/CMMI在团队等级上的应用,其目的正是要提高小组的软件开发质量和效率.文章介绍分析了TSP的概念、创建及流程框架,并给出了TSP与CMM/CMMI在实践上的关系,以期软件企业在实施CMM/CMMI过程中能应用好TSP,指导项目软件小组启动并管理他们的工作,达到通过改进软件生产过程来有效地改进软件的质量.
From software engineering, betterment of software productivity, software quality and conformation of users＇ requirements in low cost are the aim of software development. The CMM/CMMI makes a turning point for organization＇s disciplined and mature. The TSP is an application of the CMM/CMMI on the software team level, and it will improve the productivity of software team and the quality of software. This paper mainly introduces and analyses the conception, the flow-line and the frame of TSP. At last the relationship of TSP and CMM/CMMI is shown. This will be good for organization to use TSP during CMM/CMMI, to be put into force and to achieve better software quality by .manage process.
