摘要
针对低渗透含油饱和度高的地层供液能量不足给有杆泵采油带来的冲程损失大、泵效低等问题,开展了有杆射流泵分层采油工艺研究。在有杆泵末端增加射流泵,通过封隔器将高低渗透层段分开,利用高渗层产生的液量,作为射流泵的动力液,在低渗透层段产生压降,从而提高低渗层的产液能力。介绍了有杆射流泵组合分采的工作原理、参数优选及现场应用情况。2006年在河南油田现场应用13口井,工艺成功率100%,有效率100%,累计增产原油2197t。
To solve the problems of rod pump such as stroke loss and lower pump efficiency caused by fluid production force deficiency in the formation of the low permeability but high oil saturation, the layering oil production technology rod jet pump is developed. It is required that a jet pump be added at the end of a rod pump and high permeability formations and low permeability formations be separated through packer. As the power fluid of the jet pump, the liquid produced from high permeability formations can be utilized to improve the liquid producing capacity of low permeability formations through forming pressure drop there. This paper introduces the operating principle of the combinatorial layering oil production of the rod jet pump, and the parameter optimization as well as field application. The technology was applied to 13 wells in He'nan Oilfield in 2006, with the success rate and the effective rate reaching 100%. The cumulatively incremental crude oil was up to 2197 tons.
