摘要
平面度误差测量中常采用旋转法处理数据,使之符合最小条件,从而计算出平面度误差,但手工处理过程复杂,工作量大。使用自主开发的计算机辅助分析软件,不仅可以提高运算速度,而且可以通过CAD图形分析模块的分析,给生产加工提出指导性的意见。
In order to get the value of the plane error, we can analyse the measuring data by the means of revolving under the minimum rule. But it is so complicated to get the result by hand, so we develop a software to help people improve the working speed. At the same time, we can get some useful production information, which can be get in the CAD analysis module of our software.
