适合靖边气田特点的集气站增压工艺探讨 被引量:13

A STUDY ON SUPERCHARGING TECHNOLOGIES APPLICABLE FOR GAS GATHERING STATIONS OF JINGBIAN GAS FIELD

摘要 增压开采是气田开发后期的常用增产工艺之一。针对靖边气田压力递减快、部分井已经采取间歇生产方式而必须进行低压气井增压的问题,借鉴目前国内外气田增压常用的设备及方法,结合靖边气田的工艺实际,探讨分析了压缩机在该气田集气站应用的工艺流程,计算预测了气田增压开采期内的压缩机进、出口压力等主要工作参数。此外,在靖边气田集气系统压力不变的情况下,实施增压开采至少需要2级增压和压缩机可设置于分离器与脱水橇之间的认识,对现场生产具有指导作用。 Supercharging is one of the routine technologies for production improvement during the later stage of gas field development.Jingbian gas field has gone through a rapid pressure decline and some of wells can only be produced discontinuously.Under consideration of these problems and traditional supercharging equipment and methods in the world,this paper discussed and analyzed the technical procedures of compressor application in the gas gathering stations,calculated and predicted such main working parameters as inlet and outlet pressures of the compressor during the production period by pressurizing.In addition,the recognition of two-stage supercharging and compressors being installed between the separator and dehydrator under a constant pressure of the gas gathering system can give guidance to wellsite operations.Supercharged natural gas transportation is to pressurize the natural gas coming from low-pressure gas fields(wells) or being depressurized due to transportation and deliver it to the terminals.Reciprocating compressors,which are frequently used for gas gathering,have advantages of stable discharging pressure,wide range of applicable pressures and flow rate adjustment,high efficiency,high pressure ratio and applicability,etc.In this paper,modifications and adjustments to original procedure because of pressure reduce of the gas flow and increase of the flow rate after supercharging were also analyzed.
