摘要
应用5种聚集度指标以及Taylor的幂法则与Iwao的m*—m直线回归方程测定和分析了斜纹夜蛾(Spodoptera Litura Fabricius)在秋大豆田上的空间分布型及其内在结构,测定结果表明,斜纹夜蛾卵块呈均匀分布,而低龄幼虫(1 ̄2龄)呈聚集分布,高龄幼虫(3 ̄6龄)呈聚集分布或均匀分布,并利用Blackith种群聚集均数(λ)分析了其的聚集原因。在此基础上,并提出了最适理论抽样数[N=t2/D2(5.6415/m+15.3063)]与最佳序贯抽样模型[T_0(n)=2.5n±10.4770n^(1/2)]。
Five methods of aggregated indices and Iwao's way (regressive relation by m^*-m) and power law of Taylor were used to test the spatial distribution pattern of Spodoptera litura Fabricius in the soybean field. The results showed that the eggs of S. litura Fabricius belong to the pattern of symmetrical distribution, and the younger larvae of S.litura Fabricius (between 1 instar to 2 instar) was the pattern of aggregative distribution, but the spatial distribution pattern of the older larvae of S. litura Fabricius (between 3 instar to 6 instar) was aggregative or symmetrical. The cause of their aggregation was tested by Blackith's method. Based on this distribution pattern, a suitable sampling mode has been discussed. The model for determining the optimum theoretical sampling number model [N=t^2/D^2(5.6415/m+15,3063)] and the optimum sequential sampling model [T0(n)=2.5n±10.4770√n] were proposed.
