农抗万隆霉素对马铃薯晚疫病菌的抑制作用 被引量:2

摘要 为了寻找防治马铃薯晚疫病的新型生物农药,测定了农抗万隆霉素对马铃薯晚疫病菌菌丝生长、游动孢子释放和萌发的抑制作用。结果表明,其对马铃薯晚疫病菌菌丝生长,游动孢子释放和萌发的抑制中浓度分别为39.22μg/mL、335.63μg/mL和22.13μg/mL。离体叶片测试发现,浓度高于1.25mg/mL时,对马铃薯晚疫病菌致病性的抑制效果达60%以上。农抗万隆霉素对马铃薯晚疫病菌有明显的抗生作用,具有一定的开发潜力。 Inhibition of Agricultural Antibiotic Wanlongmycin against Phytophthora infestans was tested in vitro object to find a new biological pesticide control of potato late blight. The results showed that the effective concentration (EC50) values of this antibiotics against mycelium growth, zoospore release and germination were 39.22μg/mL,335.63μg/mL and 22.13μg/mL respectively. Control effect was tested on detached-leaf trials. The result showed that control efficacy could be over 60% when the concentration of Wanlongmycin at 1.25mg/mL. Agricultural Antibiotic Wanlongmycin, has strong antibiotic effect against Phytophthora infestans, with the high potential and value to development.
