摘要
在抗旱优质高产小麦新品种晋麦63的选育中,选用北部和黄淮两大麦区的优异种质,使目标性状得到了有效的组合,采用水旱交叉选育法,实现了自然选择、人工选择和定向培育的有机结合,提高了选种质量和效率。利用该品种进行广泛组配,获得其遗传特点为抗旱性、丰产性及综合农艺性状优,稳产适应性好,遗传传递力强,配组范围广,不良连锁基因易打破。利用其做亲本已选育出4个抗旱高产稳产广适小麦新品种,其中有3个品种同时通过国家审定。同时还育成了一批苗头品系和优异种质。实践表明:晋麦63不仅是一个优良的种植品种,而且是一个优异的亲本材料。
In the breeding of new wheat variety-Jinmai 63 with drought-resistance, good-quality and high-yield, selecting particular Germplasm of Northern and Huang-Huai wheat region was used to gain efficient combination of target character. The Cross selection in irrigated-field and dry field method can closely integrate natural selection, artificial selection and directive breeding into one uniform, and raise the selection quality and efficiency. By extensive using it, its heredity characteristics were got: It had a good drought resistance, yielding ability, comprehensive agronomic character, yield stability, extensive adaptability and strong hereditary transmitting ability, Its scope making up cross was wide and its bad properties were easily improved. By using it as parental material, four drought resistant, high yielding, stable yielding and extensive adaptability new varieties of wheat had been bred. In which three varieties were also approved by wheat variety certification committee of china. At the same time many new varieties and particular germplasm had been bred. The practice showed that Jinmai 63 is not only a very good planting variety but also a superior parental material.
