摘要
对自粘防水卷材的特性进行了分析,结合隧道工程的防水环境,对自粘防水卷材在隧道工程中应用的有关问题进行了探讨。自粘防水卷材的特性决定了其在施工中需满足施工基面有未水化完全的水泥面层、有一定的初始压力这2个条件,才能形成“皮肤”式的防水效果。探讨了自粘防水卷材在隧道防水工程中应用时,卷材的铺设方式、与拱顶二衬混凝土接触、分区防水设施的必要性、防水层的润滑隔离作用等问题。
The characteristics of self-adhesive waterproofing membrane were analyzed,and some issues about its application in tunnel engineering were discussed combining with waterproof conditions in tunnel engineering.The＂skin＂type waterproof effect could be achieved only if there were incompletely hydrated cement surface of the construction base and certain initial pressure on the membrane. Some issues on self-adhesive waterproofing membrane applied in tunnel waterproof engineering were discussed such as construction methods of the membrane, contact between the membrane and secondary liner concrete at the position of arc crown, necessity of waterproof facilities of zoning, lubrication and separation functions of waterproofing layer.
