摘要
主要研究聚合物干粉改性膨胀珍珠岩保温砂浆加水搅拌后的性能。研究结果表明,聚合物干粉的种类和掺量对新拌砂浆的体积密度、稠度和含气量有不同程度的影响,其中纤维素醚和引气剂对新拌砂浆性能的影响较大,而乳胶粉和淀粉醚的影响较小。此外,新拌膨胀珍珠岩保温砂浆的体积密度和含气量对其导热系数有影响。
The properties of polymer powder modified expanded pearlite thermal insulating mortar after adding water and mixed are mainly studied. The result of study shows that variety and amount of polymer powder have influence on the hulk density, consistence and air content of fresh mortar in different degree. Among which cellulose ether and air entraining agent have more influence on the fresh mortar, while latex powder and starch ether have less influence on it. In addition, both hulk density and air content of fresh expanded pearlite thermal insulating mortar have effect on its thermal conductivity.
