摘要
本文应用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)示踪方法对锡嘴雀(Coccothraustes coc-cothraustes),腊嘴雀(Eophona migratoria)两种鸣禽控制发声的运动核团定位和神经通路进行了研究。结果表明在大脑水平中原纹状体粗核(Nucleus robust-us archistriatalis 简称 RA)是控制发声的主要核团之一。
Location of motor nuclei and nerve pathvay of controlling vocalization of songbird,such as Coccothraustes coccothraustes and Eophona migratoria have been studied by Way of HRP (hor- seradish peroxidase) .The result indicats Nucleus robustus arc- histriatalis(RA)is of main nuclei controlling vocalization in cerebral of both birds montioned above,RA sends out fibre-tra- ctus occipomesencephalicus(OM)projecting to ispilateral Inteme- dius nucleus(IM) in the medullary,and at the same time thefibra branch,passes Connissura anterior (CA) projecting to IM of opposite (the right) ,and the dominating left is observed,Nucl- eus dersalis mediaIis (DM) is one of important nuclei contr- olling vocalization in mensencephalen The left DM sends out fibre(OM)projecting to IM on both the left and the right sides, but the right DM only to IM on right side.A simulation figure on motor nuclei and nerve pathway of controlling vocalization of both songbirds memtioned above has also been presented in this paper.
