摘要
加强高校思想政治工作是加强高校精神文明建设的基础性工作，是高校实践两个文明建设相统一的中心环节。高校思想政治工作必须服从和服务于学校教学科研和人才培养，主动顺应市场用人现念的转变，充分调动学校和学生、育人和成才两个方面的积极性，深化改革，注重实践，讲究实效，积极探索新形势下加强思想政治工作的有效方法，为建立一个最佳的思想政治工作管理体制和运行机制而努力。
To strengthen the ideological political work of college is the basic work of the construction of spiritual civilization and the key link to unify the two civilization constructions. The ideological political work in college must obey and serve the teaching and researching and the personnel training of the college. It must comforms to the market change of view to choose the personnel, and arouse the college 's enthusiasm to train personnel and the students'enthusiasm to become useful persons. We must explore an effective way to strengthen the ideological political work under the new circumstance and make great efforts to set up a best system of the ideoloical political work management and performance.
