摘要
针对竹纤维及毛纤维的物理化学性能,采用安诺素活性染料对竹/毛混纺织物进行一浴一步法染色,通过系统研究染色过程中电解质、碱剂、固色温度、染浴、pH值等因素对同色性的影响,筛选优化工艺;并在优化工艺条件下,探讨了安诺素活性染料对竹纤维及毛纤维的上染速率以及竹/毛混纺织物的染色提升性及染色牢度。实验结果表明,安诺素活性染料用于竹/毛混纺织物染色具有良好的同色性和染色性能。
Aiming at the physical and chemical properties of bamboo fiber and wool, ANOZOL reactive dyestuffs are selected for dyeing. Factors exerting influence on identical color ability of blended fabrics are analyzed, such as salts, Alkali, fixing temperature, Dyeing rate, fastness of dye and dye upgrading of ANOZOL reactive dyestuffs are researched. Results show that the dyed bamboo/wool blended fabric features excellent identical color ability and dyeing property.
