摘要
以CO2/R290、CO2/NH3复叠式制冷循环为例分析了回热器对系统性能的影响,在考虑回热器对系统质量流量影响的基础上,比较分析了系统制冷量、COP的变化和对最佳中间温度的影响,指出了利用回热器提高复叠制冷系统性能的原则,并建立了高低温回热器效率之间的联系。
Focuses on the effect of heat exchangers on the performance of CO2/R290, CO2/NH3 cascade refrigeration cycle . The variation of system capacity ,coefficient of performance(COP) and optimum intermediate temperature was analyzed considering the impact of heat exchangers on mass flow ,the principle of improving the performance of cascade refrigeration using liquidsuction heat exchangers was pointed out at the same time , and the relationship of heat exchanger effectiveness between high temperature stage and the lower one was also calculated.
