摘要
针对注塑成型过程中,影响注塑质量因素多的问题,运用CAE技术,对某型号天文望远镜底座进行注塑成型模拟,预测可能出现的缺陷,得出一组经过CAE分析优化的数据应用于实际生产,缩短模具的试模时间,获得合格的产品。
Aimed at the problem that there are many factors impacting injecting quality in the course of injection molding, the CAE technology is exerted to simulate the injection molding process of a base frame of astronomical telescope. The defaults that may be arisen in the process are forecasted, and a set of dates optimized by CAE analysis are gotten to guide practice production, so the time is shorten in mold trials, and the production is qualified.
