摘要
作为一种新型的汽车自动变速传动方式,回流式无级变速传动系统具有传动效率高、速比变化范围宽、制造成本低等优点,由于起步离合器所处位置的特殊性和回流功率的影响,使回流式无级变速传动系统与以往汽车的自动变速系统的起步控制存在一定的不同。采用离合器局部恒转速控制方法,建立回流式无级自动变速传动系统的数学模型和离合器起步自动接合控制策略,为新型无级自动变速系统的研制和开发提供设计理论依据。
Continuously variable transmission system with reflux power reserves merits of higher transmission efficiency, wider range of ration and lower manufacture cost. With the effect of the reflux power and special location of the starting clutch, the starting control of the reflux continuously variable transmission system differs from the traditional. Based on the control method of segmental constant engine speed, the mathematic model of reflux continuously variable transmission system and the control strategy of the starting clutch are proposed. It provides theoretical basis to design, fabricate and exploit vehicle with the reflux continuously variable transmission.
