摘要
超高频射频识别系统具有读写速度快、存储容量大、识别距离远和可同时读写多个电子标签等特点,已经在物流等众多领域得到越来越广泛的应用。为了满足应用的需要,本文通过分析ISO18000-6B标准中读写器的特性,提出了超高频射频识别读写器的解决方案,重点阐述了读写器的设计结构、工作流程,以及相关部分的设计。实际应用结果表明,该读写器基于ARM微处理器,具有读写速度快(单个标签64bit/6ms)、识别率高、识别距离远(≥6m)等优点,能够满足应用需求。
UHF RFID system is becoming more widespread due to its advantage, such as read-write speed, large memory, long recognition distance and simultaneous read-write multi-tag. In order to meet application requirement, by analyzing the characteristic of UHF RFID reader in ISO18 000-6B standard, the solution of UHF reader is presented. Structure, working flow and related parts' designs are described on emphasis. This UHF reader based on ARM MPU has merits such as fast read-write speed (single tag 64 bit/6 ms), high recognition rate and long recognition distance (≥6 m). It can meet application requirements in practical application.
