摘要
本文结合设备状态的信息分析和实现中小型企业预知维修的需要,通过将点检监测方式应用于设备状态管理,设计了一种设备状态点检信息网络化管理系统。此系统由点检工作站、数据库服务器、客户端组成,点检工作站由状态信息数据库、数采器和掌上电脑抄表仪来完成信息的存储和录入,数据库服务器作为点检信息的载体,客户端来完成信号的诊断分析和设备状态的管理。同时,给出了数采器硬件框图、客户端信号分析软件流程图和分析比较的程序界面。
In this paper, combining with a model of equipment condition information and the demand of achieving prevention maintenance rule in the medium small scale enterprises, through applying route monitor mode to equipment condition management, a kind of equipment condition route manage system is designed. The system consists of route workstation, database server and client. Route station consists of condition information database, data acquisition equipment and meter reading equipment based on PDA which fulfills information memory and recording. Database server is the carrier of route informatiom client completes signal diagnosis and analysis and equipment condition manage, and it provides data acquisition equipment hardware chart, software flow chart of client signal analyze and program interface of analysis and comparison.
