基于单频双相叠加技术的隔离式直流电源设计 被引量:1

摘要 本文对非饱和模式下的二次直流电源进行了研究,并设计了一种输出无纹波的隔离式直流电源。本文采用单频双相叠加技术,使基频信号移相90°,并使双相信号分别通过整流器整流,然后经过叠加、滤波和稳压,最后电源输出稳定的、脉动噪声指标优良的输出,其脉动噪声小于0.6mV(rms),符合设计目标的要求。本文最后对电源输出信号进行了傅里叶级数分析,分析结果证明电源输出信号的高次谐波中,二次谐波、六次谐波等偶次谐波的值均为零,符合设计要求。本文在低噪声直流电源设计方面具有一定的先进性。 The paper researches the quadric direct-current source in non-saturation mode, and designs an isolation direct-current source which has non-ripples wave output. In the paper, the single-frequency double-phase nestification technology is adopted, and also phase-shifts 90°, rectification, nestification, filter and rectifiertechnology are adopted to process the single frequency sine wave signal The direct-current source has steady output with very little pulse noise, which is less than 0. 6 mV(rms). At last, the paper analyzes the source output signal by Flourier series analysis to validate the higher-order harrmnic wave such as quadric harmonic wave and sixth-order harmonic wave are all zero, which accord with the design dermnd. The results of the measurement and analysis speak volurmes for the paper's advance in debasing noise in direct current source.
