摘要
概述了我国21家钢铁企业信息化建设所取得的显著经济效益,以及包钢信息化建设的现状,并提出了包钢信息化建设的对策:高度认识信息化建设是“一把手工程”,把握信息化建设的技术路线,明确信息化建设的实施步骤,做好信息化建设的整体规划等。
The paper summarizes the got remarkable results of 21 domestic iron ＆ steel enterprises after having finished informative construction,introduces the present state of information construction in Baotou Steel Corp. ,then puts forward countermea- sures of the construction of Baotou Steel Corp. ：to know the construction is ＂engineering being responsible by the chief executive officer＂,to take hold of the technical way,to make the operation steps about information construction definite,to make the overall plan, and so on.
