由于地域关系,包钢的原材料输入和钢铁产品对外输出都面临“瓶颈”的制约,如何学习借鉴国外先进成熟的第三方钢铁物流管理经验,制定出新形势下的长期发展战略规划,积极、稳妥地推进包钢第三方现代钢铁物流的发展,是摆在企业面前的重要课题。
Because of the reglon,the import of raw material of Baotou Steel Corp. and the output of iron and steel products are faced with bottle- neck resections.
