摘要
利用隧道燃烧法测定了空心微珠改性防火涂料的防火性能,考察了空心微珠类型和添加量对涂料防火性能的影响,结合试件背火面温度变化探讨了空心微珠的防火机理.结果表明空心微珠可显著提高防火涂料的防火性能,添加适当的量可以使涂料的防火性能达到二级标准.
The fire protection property of the fire-proof coating modified by hollow glass microspheres was tested, and the influence of addition content of hollow glass microspheres on the flame propagation velocity was discussed. The fire extinguishment mechanism of the fire-proof coating modified by the hollow glass microspheres was also proposed. The result indicated that the fireproof performance was improved "after adding the hollow glass microspheres, and the relative fireproof performance was up to the second-class standard by adding appropriate amount of hollow glass microspheres.
