Preparation and Characterization of TiO_2/SiO_2 Composite Materials

摘要 以钛酸四丁酯和正硅酸乙酯为原料,采用溶胶凝胶法和水解法相结合,在室温下制备了两种形态的TiO2/SiO2复合材料.采用透射电镜、傅里叶红外光谱、X射线衍射和紫外-可见光谱等测试方法对所得复合材料进行了表征,并对其光催化降解甲基橙溶液的性能进行了研究.结果表明:对TiO2进行表面处理制备的TiO2/SiO2复合材料比以SiO2为载体制备的TiO2/SiO2复合材料在光催化和抗紫外线性能上更优异. Two kinds of TiO2/SiO2 composite materials were prepared by sol-gel technique and hydrolyzing method at room temperature. The composite materials were characterized by transmission electron microscope, X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer. The photocatalytic properties of the samples were evaluated by decomposition of methyl orange. The results indicated that the property of TiO2/SiO2 by modifying the surface of TiO2 was better than that of SiO2 modified by TiO2 in shielding ultraviolet and capability of photocatalytic activity.
