摘要
分别研究了不同温度梯度、不同浓度镉离子处理以及二者复合污染对黑鲷的影响实验,其中复合污染实验采用均匀设计,按U7*(74)均匀设计表进行实验。结果表明,热污染对黑鲷48h的半致死温度为26.14℃;镉污染对黑鲷48h-LC50为35mg/L;通过均匀设计1.00分析得出热污染对整个回归的贡献率为98.8%,而镉对回归的贡献率几乎为0。这说明在48h内热和镉复合污染中热污染对黑鲷的影响是起决定作用的,而二者复合胁迫作用较小。
Studies were conducted on the effects of temperature, Cd^2+ , and the joint action of temperature and Cd^2+ on Sparus rnacrocephaius, with the uniform design being used for the latter test. The results showed that the 48 h LC50 of temperature and Cd^2+ for Sparus macrocephaius were 26.14 ℃ and 35 mg/L, respectively. The contribution rate of temperature to the regress was 98.8 %, whereas the contribution rate of Cd^2+ to the regress was nearly 0, indicating that the decisive factor in the mixed pollutants was temperature and the joint action on Sparus macrocephaius was very small in 48 h.
