摘要
本文讨论了染色体分带技术在异附加系、代换系和易位系等植物染色体工程中应用的某些途径,介绍了一种产生易位系的新方法。分析表明,染色体分带技术,在植物染色体工程中是一种鉴定染色体的可靠手段。
Some ways Of application of chromosome banding techniques on the plant chromosomal engineering involving alien addition lines,substituion lines and translocation lines,and a new met- hod to the identification of the chromosomes during the plant chromosomal engineering programs from which the alien desired genes can be introduced into improving cultivars are discussed.
