摘要
根据风险管理理论的基本原理，结合水电厂水库运用问题，提出了用风险理论解决水电厂洪不期水库调度问题的一般方法和步骤（即风险调度方法）。该方法对来水变幅较大的中小型水库尤为适用。
In this paper, based on the risk assessment theory, a new method of reservoir operation(i.e.the risk operation) is discussed theoretically combining its simple analysing of application to Shiquan hydroplant. The risk operation is suitable for the reservoir with great water level variation in flood season.
