摘要
通过海上卫勤保障实践,总结了海上卫勤保障主要特点。指出抓好组织建设,是完成海上卫勤保障任务的前提;抓好制度建设,是完成海上卫勤保障任务的保证;抓好规范化训练,是完成海上卫勤保障任务的关键;抓好正规化管理,是完成海上卫勤保障任务的基础。
With the experience of medical support at sea, the author summarized the main characters of medical support, and proposed that to provide health service, perfecting the organization was the premise; constructing system was the security; carrying out training regularly was the key; and normalization management was the basis.
