摘要
针对自动化立体仓库单拣选台分层水平旋转货架系统给出了数学模型,提出了一种改进的蚁群优化算法,用于解决货物拣选路径规划问题。该方法能够在全局内快速找到最优货物拣选路径,求解质量高,计算时间短。仿真结果说明,该方法适合求解中小规模货物拣选路径规划问题,提高了自动存储作业效率。
A mathematical model is offered for automated warehouse's single-pock horizontally rotating storage shelf,and an improved ant colony optimization(ACO) is put os put forward to solve the problem of picking route. This optimization method makes it quick to find the optimal picking route with short calculation time. The simulation experiment shows that this method is suitable for medium-and small-scaled picking route ,and the efficiency of automated storage is improved.
