内皮前体细胞移植治疗肺动脉高压研究进展

摘要 肺动脉高压(pulmonary arterial hypertension,PAH)是一种难治性疾病,以肺动脉血管内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞增生和重构为基本病理特征。PAH的发病机制比较复杂。近年来,有研究表明环境因素可引起遗传易感人群肺内皮细胞的凋亡,而导致血管退变闭塞;或者一些对凋亡不敏感,具有高度增殖能力的内皮细胞过度增生,使血管狭窄闭塞。不管血管阻塞的机制如何,设法重新生成毛细微血管的可能是恢复PAH患者血流动力学的一个新的有效的治疗手段,而具有生成血管能力的内皮前体细胞(EPCs)的发现无疑为重建PAH患者毛细微血管床提供了希望。目前有关EPCs移植的研究大多集中于缺血性血管疾病,如冠心病、下肢动脉闭塞等,其在PAH应用的报道还很有限,现对最近进行的EPCs移植治疗PAH的实验研究进展情况做一综述。
