摘要
目的:观察国产注射用紫杉醇脂质体(力扑素)不做预处理在治疗恶性肿瘤化疗过程中过敏反应的发生情况,指导紫杉醇脂质体(力扑素)的临床应用。方法:采用多中心随机入组的方法进行研究,试验组给紫杉醇脂质体每次剂量135mg/m2,联合使用顺铂,每3周为1周期,共2周期。结果:入组39例患者中,应用紫杉醇脂质体化疗前不做大剂量激素预处理,相关毒副反应明显减轻。结论:紫杉醇脂质体在化疗前,不用做大剂量激素预处理,未出现严重的过敏反应及胃肠道反应等,同时患者免除大剂量激素副作用的影响,化疗效果好,临床应用方便。
OBJECTIVE：To observe the anaphylactic response induced by pachtaxel liposome for injection（lipusu）（made in China） in the treatment of patients with malignant tumors without receiving pretreatment for references of its clinical application. METHODS： The study was performed by a randomized muhicenter way. The trial group was administered with paclitaxel liposome （at a dose of 135mg/m^2） and cisplatin for 2 cycles （1 cycle = every 3 weeks）. RESULTS： Of the total 39 cases enrolled, none received pretreatment with hormone prior to chemotherapy, yet the associated toxicity and side effects in them were significantly lessened. CONCLUSION： It is suggested that pretreatment with large dose of hormone not be done prior to the administration of paclitaxel liposome （chemotherapy）. Severe anaphylactic responses, gastrointestinal tract reactions etc. did not occur even without pretreatment with large dose of hormone, thus, the side effects of large dose of hormone can be avoided, while its chemothereapy efficacy is satisfactory and its clinical application is convenient.
