摘要
多边投资体系对服务业企业的发展有着重要的影响。我国服务业企业的发展有着自身的特殊性。多边投资体系对我国服务业企业发展的影响是双重的,积极的影响主要包括有利于引入竞争机制、引入先进的技术和管理经验、引入新兴服务业行业;消极的影响主要是部分服务业企业的生存和发展将受到威胁,同时加重服务业企业人力资源外流。
The Multilateral Investment System （MIS） has important impacts on the development of services enterprises. For the development of Chinese services enterprises has its own characteristics, the impacts of MIS on their development have its two sides. The positive impacts include bringing in competition institution, importing advanced technology and experience of managing, introducing new services industries into Chinese market. The negative impacts mainly include the threatening to the existence and development of some services enterprises. At the same time, the MIS will accelerate the losing of human resource in the Chinese services enterprises.
