摘要
城市化进程对城市水文特性产生了重大影响,造成了城市洪水计算的特殊性与复杂性。在编制郑州市防洪规划工作中,通过对城市室外排水(雨水)公式和排水模数公式的内涵和适应条件的对比,从理论上初步解释了城市室外排水(雨水)公式不适合城市防洪计算的原因,最终选择了适合本地区特点的平原排水模数公式,得出令人满意的计算结果,同时也为其它地区编制防洪规划提供借鉴。
The process of urbanization has a significant impact on the hydrological characteristics of a city, which causes the special and complex nature of the calculation method of urban flood. In the course of compiling the flood control planning of Zhengzhou City and through the comparing the contents and the adaptation terms of the urban outdoor drainage (rainwater) formula with the drainage modulus formula, the reasons why the urban outdoor drainage (rainwater) formula is not suitable for urban flood control calculation are explained theoretically and preliminarily. Finally, the flatlands drainage modulus formula appropriate to the characteristics of this region is chosen, and the calculation results of this formula are satisfactory. At the same time, it can provide an example for compiling the flood control planning in the other regions.
