The Evaporation Model of Heat and Mass Transfer Coupling for Mono-component Liquid and Its Experimental Verification

摘要 在对液体蒸发过程中的热量传递进行详细分析的基础上,推导建立了液体蒸发计算模型,并给出了求解方法。设计了风洞实验台,并通过对液体苯蒸发过程的实验研究,对新建模型进行了实验验证。结果表明,新建模型能够比较准确地预测液体蒸发过程中蒸发质量和液体温度随时间的变化,其预测平均值分别比实验测量值偏大3.5%和3%,从安全的角度来讲是有利的。而在预测准确度方面,新建模型的预测绝对偏差分别为15%和5%,预测精度较高。最后,对导致偏差产生的原因进行了分析,并指出了新建模型存在的不足。 Based on analysis of heat transfer in the process of liquid evaporation in details, an evaporation model was developed and the calculation method was also provided. The wind tunnel experiment equipment was designed and experimental evaporation process of liquid was conducted to verify the model. The result indicated that the predicted evaporation weight and temperature of liquid were equivalent to the measured ones, and the average predicted results were higher than measured results about 3.5% and 3% respectively. It was beneficial from safety point of view. At the aspect of prediction veracity, the absolute predict warp were 15% and 5% respectively. At last, the reasons of warp between predicted results and measured ones were analyzed and the lack of the model was also pointed out.
